By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Hazard Risk Control (HRC) Training International Limited is committed to providing an excellent service to all its clients.

 

HRC Terms and Conditions

Upon enrolling on a NEBOSH accredited course all students will be bound by NEBOSH regulations which can be found at www.nebosh.org.uk

Upon enrolment to a HRC Course accredited by NEBOSH the following Terms and condition apply:

Once the enrolment / examination fee is paid to NEBOSH by HRC on your behalf it is non-refundable except where it meets the criteria in accordance of the refund policy of NEBOSH namely Refunds Policy and procedure Version 6 (March 2016).

Any HRC course booking may be cancelled at any time 14 days prior to the commencement of training without charge except in the case of NEBOSH courses (see above).

Once enrolled on a course an attendance register will be completed daily. Students who do not attend the stated schedule of training will not be offered an alternative day to attend.

 

Student Attendance

A HRC course schedule of training will be issued prior to enrolment.

The accepted enrolment on the course will be confirmation of the training schedule for that individual course. 

 

Intellectual Property

All material issued to a student is for their sole use, it is prohibited to lend, copy or distribute the content of any HRC issued training material.

 

Force Majeure

Neither HRC or the student will be liable to the other for any failure or delay or for the consequences of any failure or delay in performance of a course booking if it is due to any event beyond the reasonable control and contemplation of a party to an Agreement including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial disputes, protests, fire, flood, storm, tempest, explosion, an act of terrorism and national emergencies.

 

Examination Results Appeal (EAR)

All enrolled students to NEBOSH courses may appeal a result notified by NEBOSH within 20 working days of the result being published.

 

Payments

All students will be required to pay the training fee at time of enrolment or in accordance with any payment agreement drafted and enacted between HRC and the student. Company sponsored students will be required to become the focal point for that company in regard to payment. Any examination fees not paid to HRC by the NEBOSH closing registration date will result in the student not being registered to undergo the pre-planned examination.

 

Fair processing

All information that we hold concerning you will be held and processed by HRC strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Such data will be used by HRC to administer our relationship with you as a customer. We will not, without your consent, supply your name and addresses to any third parties except where (1) such transfer is a necessary part of the activities that we undertake, or (2) we are required to do so by operation of law.

As an individual, you have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to obtain information from us, including a description of the data that we hold on you.

NEBOSH Course’s 

Should a complaint about a NEBOSH course need to be instigated, the intial contact should be to HRC. Should the outcome not be satisfactory then it can be progressed further by the student to a complaint to NEBOSH.
